
The Compark Business Campus Metropolitan District is located 22 miles south of downtown Denver in unincorporated Douglas County and the Town of Parker. It was formed in 1998 and is governed by a Board of Directors. Public Alliance provides management for the District.
This website offers information about the District's programs and services. The Compark Business Campus Metropolitan District is a master-planned community supporting business, retail, educational, and healthcare providers as well as high quality residential living.
Located in Douglas County and the Town of Parker, generally north of E470 west of Chambers Road. The American Furniture Warehouse Regional Distribution Center and Rocky Vista University are the two major private employers in the District.
The south metro area has received national recognition for providing excellent access to employment and recreation.
The District is committed to providing quality services while managing resources wisely for the local community.

District Board Meetings are open to the public. View the meeting notice / agenda for details to join. Meeting notices are posted at least 24 hours prior to each meeting. Meeting minutes are posted after they’ve been approved at the following meeting and signed by the Board’s secretary.
