Q. What is a Metropolitan District? 

A. Metropolitan and Special Districts are units of local government authorized by Title 32 of the Colorado Revised Statutes.  A Special District provides public improvements and services to its property owners and residents.  A Metropolitan District is a Special District that provides two or more types of improvements and services.

 

 Q. What communities are served by Compark Business Campus Metropolitan District?

 A. Board Meetings are held on the third Wednesday in February, May, August and November at 9:00am.
